We are looking for volunteers to work short shifts at a Knife Angel information hub in May. As a volunteer, you will help members of the public to find out more about Knife Angel and the events happening during the month of action.
The information hub will be based outdoors at the Knife Angel statue at the Town Square in Weston-super-Mare. Our MAVIS Bus or an alternative vehicle will be made available if we have wet weather.
You must be at least 18 to volunteer and be willing to work shifts of two to two and a half hours. Shifts will be available between 9am and 6pm every day throughout May.
We will have at least two volunteers and one partner agency professional at the information hub at any time. You will be fully briefed before your first shift and given support throughout and after the shift as required. The information hub will also have a radio with direct links to our CCTV team.
